The training methods employed by LGT involve Conferences and Courses on a faceto- face basis. The Company runs a number of Conferences around the country. These are based on technological developments and provide essential information to those involved in the justice system.
Training Courses may also be provided "in-house", where training is provided under contract to particular firms. Additionally, the Company run "open" courses, where the Company arranges the course and opens it to anyone wishing to attend. The teaching methods involved depend on the subject matter of the course, but involve a range of methods, including lectures, case studies, and group work.
